The revolutionary process made by our Creator to stop the Old War.
A physical body and vessel is made and can only be used when there is a soul within it. The body cannot function without a soul or a spirit within it.
It is a process that can be used to heal and evolve a soul's wisdom by experiencing the pleasures of the Physical Realm and by overcoming unpleasantness from it too.
How does it help with stopping the Old War? Light beings need positive energy to sustain themselves and Dark beings need negative energy to sustain themselves too.
When we are in a body, our body gives out energy, which they can feed off of it. When we feel positive, we emit positive energy; that is why we feel energise when we are next to joyful people while feeling negative emits our negative energy; that is why we feel tired near unhappy and depressed people. Which indirectly, we are more attracted to happy people than unhappy people.
So the Old War is no longer necessary to create a feeding ground from the slaughter of many lives. Which mostly benefited the Dark beings while the Universe was slowing being torn apart in which it will destroy everyone's home.
Reincarnation is a deliberate and personal choice to be reborn in a physical body. We chose this life and those who are living their lives to the fullest, however they can. Are they ones who remember (consciously/unconsciously) why they are here.
Human souls and Spirits are allowed to be reincarnated if they have done a good deed or need to heal up.
Some Spirits who are heavily or critically wounded, can be allowed to be reincarnated but only with genuine reason to do so. When we are imbued in a body, the soul and consciousness of our original selves (presently known as our unconscious selves), will be resting while the present self (yes, you who is reading this post at the moment), experience new knowledge and wisdom until his/her death.
